NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man accused of exposing himself to a woman on a Manhattan subway last month, according to authorities.
According to police, on Saturday, November 20, at approximately 12:30 p.m., while on board a northbound A train at the 175th Street subway station in the Washington Heights neighborhood, the suspect exposed his penis and masturbated in front of a 36-year-old woman.
