NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An 18-year-old woman was arrested Monday and charged with murder for her role in the fatal shooting of a Bronx man after a dispute in Dunkin' Donuts.

Cops arrested Santiana Rodriguez from Brooklyn who is seen on surveillance video just before the shooting of 24-year-old Stephaun Stewart.
Officers found Stewart with a gunshot wound to his torso March 18 around 1:30 p.m. on Holland Avenue near East 212th Street, police said.
He was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Stewart was in line to buy coffee at Dunkin’ on East Gunhill Road when Rodriguez allegedly got upset because Stewart was standing too close to her.
According to The New York Post, authorities were able to confirm that Stewart and a friend got into an argument with Rodriguez because she cut the line.

A police source said to The Post that Rodriguez told the men to back off because they probably have COVID. After Stewart and his friend left the shop, Rodriguez allegedly followed them, according to the source.
Police said Rodriguez then met up with a man, presumed to be her boyfriend and roughly between 17 and 25 years old, and had another dispute with Stewart.
During the argument, the duo mentioned something about a gun at which point the man went into the building while Stewart and his friend split up and ran off in different directions.
Authorities believe Stewart was shot to death shortly after though have not confirmed who pulled the trigger.
