NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — A man was killed and another injured in a double shooting on Staten Island early Wednesday morning, authorities said.
According to police, the shooting happened just after 5 a.m. at 50 Roxbury St. in Mariner's Harbor.
Upon arrival, officials discovered 28-year-old Shamel Massie shot in his head and both arms.
Massie was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second 28-year-old man was shot one time in the left arm and transported to Richmond University Medical Center in stable condition.
Officials have not released a description of the suspect and there have been no arrests made.
The investigation remains ongoing.
