NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot in a double shooting on Queens street early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
At approximately 5 a.m. police responded to multiple 911 calls of two people shot at the intersection of 199th Street and Hollis Avenue in Hollis.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 31-year-old and a 32-year-old man, both with gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS transported the 31-year-old man to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The 32-year-old man was taken by EMS to North Shore University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
