NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man reportedly found a human leg bone in the wall of his Queens home just weeks after moving in.
The human fibula was discovered by a homeowner in Jamaica Estates shortly before midnight Wednesday, police sources told the New York Post.
The man found the leg bone in a closet wall at his home near Edgerton Boulevard and Henley Road, according to the sources, who said the man moved into the house less than two months ago.
The homeowner called police, and the bone was transferred to the city medical examiner, who confirmed it was human on Thursday, the sources said.
An investigation is ongoing, according to the report.
