NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating the death of a man found repeatedly shot in front of a Bronx building late Saturday, authorities said.
Just before 11 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of an assault at 1305 Sheridan Ave. in Concourse.
Upon arrival officers observed a 29-year-old man with a gun shot wound to the chest and head in front of the location.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/ Lincoln where he was pronounced deceased.
The identity of the victim is pending family notification.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
