NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Wednesday released a surveillance video of a man accused of repeatedly assaulting women and grabbing their buttocks while riding a scooter in the Bronx.
The first incident was reported to police, on Thursday, April 29. According to officials, at approximately 1015 p.m., a 21-year-old woman was walking southbound in front of 2545 Valentine Avenue in Fordham Manor when the suspect came from behind the victim riding a black E-scooter, and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing northbound on East Fordham Road towards Grand Concourse.
On Sunday, May 9, at approximately 3:20 p.m., a 25-year-old was at the corner of Tiebout Avenue and East 187 Street when the suspect riding a black E-scooter came from behind and grabbed her buttocks, authorities said.
He fled northbound on Tiebout Avenue towards East 188 Street.
According to the NYPD, the suspect also assaulted a 25-year-old woman in front of 2736 Jerome Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights on Monday, May 10, at approximately 1:45 p.m. and a 20-year-old woman on Tuesday, May 25, at approximately 5:40 p.m. in the rear of 1041 Prospect Avenue in Longwood.
During both incidents, the suspect was riding a black E-scooter when he came from behind and grabbed the victim's buttocks before fleeing, officials said.
Police describe the individual as a man with a medium complexion, 30-years old, medium build, full beard with dark hair in a ponytail.
He last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored pants, sneakers and black backpack.
