NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman attacked two NYPD officers as they walked in Times Square early Wednesday, pepper-spraying both in the eyes before she was arrested, police said.
The two officers were walking at Broadway and West 47th Street around 1:20 a.m. when she approached them.
She discharged the irritant at the officers, hitting them in the face and eyes, police said.
They were transported to an area hospital, where they were in stable condition.
Dana Baraket, 19, of Queens, was taken into custody at the scene.
She faces charges of assault on a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of noxious material.
