NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man pushed a woman onto subway tracks at an Upper West Side station on Friday morning, police said Saturday.
The 25-year-old woman was on the northbound 2-line platform at the W. 96th Street station when the man got into an argument with her around 5 a.m., police said.
At some point during the dispute, the man pushed the woman onto the roadbed, according to police.
The woman was able to climb back onto the platform. Police said she refused medical attention at the scene.
The NYPD released surveillance images of a suspect on Saturday as they continued their search for the attacker.
