NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a group of five suspects wanted in connection to an armed robbery that occurred earlier this month on a Bronx street, authorities said.
Just before 5:30 a.m. on Monday, October 3, a 26-year-old man was walking in the vicinity of East 174th Street and Eastburn Avenue in Claremont when he was approached from behind by the suspects who displayed a firearm and stole $500, credit cards and personal information.
There were no reported injuries, and the suspects fled the location in a white SUV to parts unknown, police said.
The suspects are described as men approximately 5'6" – 5'11" who were last seen wearing dark colored clothing.
