NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A group of young robbers armed with pieces of lumber and other weapons robbed a man on an F train in Brooklyn, police said Thursday.

The NYPD released images of the six suspects wanted in connection with the robbery in Borough Park on the morning of Jan. 14.

The 44-year-old victim was aboard a southbound train, approaching the 18th Avenue station, around 6 a.m. when the group surrounded him, police said.

One of the suspects was wielding a baseball bat, another had a knife and at least three had pieces of lumber, according to police.

They allegedly stole the victim’s cellphone and pushed him out of the subway car onto the platform at the 18th Avenue stop. They remained on the train.

No serious injuries were reported, cops said.
