NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating a shooting outside of a Hell's Kitchen smoke shop Saturday evening that left a man wounded.
The shooting occurred at approximately 6 p.m. outside the Forbidden Cannabis smoke shop located on 46th Street and 9th Avenue.
According to officials, a 28-year-old man was struck once in the hip and once in the shoulder.
The victim was transported to Mount Sinai in stable condition.
Authorities are investigating the event leading up to the shooting.
