Man sought for tying up Brooklyn employees, stealing $35K: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who entered a Brooklyn media company and tied up two employees on June 24 before robbing the business.

According to police, the individual entered Graf-X Media on Halsey Street at 11:30 a.m., approached two workers at gunpoint, forced their hands behind their backs and tied them up with zip ties. He then stole a cellphone and around $35,000.


The man then fled on foot and into a red Jeep Wrangler with a sticker affixed to the right rear windshield.

The victims were not hospitalized as a result of this incident.
