NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Detectives are searching for a man wanted in a groping spree that occurred last week in Brooklyn, authorities said Friday.
At approximately 6:43 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, a 27-year-old woman was walking in front of 2665 Homecrest Ave. in Sheepshead Bay when she was approached from behind by the suspect, who touched the victim's private area over her clothing before fleeing on foot northbound on Homecrest Avenue.
The second incident happened less than two hours later at 8:19 p.m. when a 27-year-old woman was walking in front of 314 Avenue P in Gravesend. The suspect approached her and touched her chest then fled on foot to parts unknown.
The third incident occurred minutes later at 8:35 p.m. when a 26-year-old female was walking in front of 1660 East 8th St. She was approached from behind by the suspect who touched her buttocks, officials said.
The suspect fled on foot to parts unknown.
The victims were not physically injured as a result of the incidents.
