The NYPD released surveillance video of the man they’re searching for Wednesday, about three weeks after the stabbing.

Police said 23-year-old victim and his attacker got into an argument aboard a Manhattan-bound E Train near the Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street station on the afternoon of April 2.
