NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was stabbed in the face Wednesday evening near the Whole Foods in Chelsea, police said.
The man, said to be in his 50s, was stabbed around 6 p.m. near W. 24th Street and Seventh Avenue, across from the popular supermarket.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital with a stab wound to the face, according to police. He's expected to survive.
Police are searching for two men who fled the scene, WABC reported. No arrests have been made.
