NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A man was stabbed across the street from Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side on Sunday evening, police said as they search for his attacker.

The stabbing happened during a dispute between two men at West 64th Street and Broadway around 7:45 p.m.

During the argument, a 37-year-old man stabbed a 23-year-old man in the abdomen and forearm, police said.

The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he was listed in stable condition.

The suspect fled northbound on Broadway and remained at large on Monday. Police haven't yet released images of him or a more detailed description.

The stabbing was not connected in any way to Lincoln Center, the NYPD said.
