
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was stabbed in the head in Washington Square Park on Friday morning, police said as they searched for a pair of suspects.

The victim was attacked during an argument with two men shortly before 2:30 a.m. on the north side of the Greenwich Village park, according to police.
It’s unclear what sparked the dispute, police said.
The victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
The suspects fled westbound on Washington Square North after the assault.
A description or images of them hasn't been released.
No arrests had been reported as of Friday.
