NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was stabbed in the neck by another man as he sat on an MTA bus in Brooklyn last week, police said Saturday as they released a surveillance image of a suspect.
The 47-year-old victim was aboard a B46 bus at the corner of Sterling Place and Utica Avenue in Crown Heights on the evening of March 5 when a man came up and talked to him, police said.
The attacker then pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck, according to police.
EMS transported the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he was treated and released.
The attacker took off after stabbing the man. Police said no property was taken from the victim.
