NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD is searching for a trio of suspects accused of stabbing a man in the neck with a glass bottle in a alleged gang assault in the Bronx earlier this month, authorities said.
At approximately 5:13 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14, a 20-year-old man was engaged in a verbal dispute with the three men in front of 1163 Manor Ave. in Soundview.
The verbal dispute then escalated into a physical altercation, and one of the suspects stabbed the victim in the neck with a glass bottle, officials said.
The suspects then fled on foot eastbound toward Westchester Avenue.
The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
Police on Wednesday released photos of the suspects.
