Man, 47, stabbed to death in Harlem domestic dispute; woman questioned

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A man was stabbed to death at an apartment in Harlem on Sunday afternoon, police said Monday as they questioned a woman who's reportedly his girlfriend.

Alejandro Santos, 47, was repeatedly stabbed at his apartment on West 147th Street, near Frederick Douglass Boulevard, according to police.

NYPD officers responding to a 911 call shortly after 3:30 p.m. found the victim unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds.

He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced dead.

The stabbing stemmed from a domestic incident, according to police, who said officers took a person into custody.

That person is the victim's girlfriend, who is being questioned in the case, the Daily News reported.

No charges had been filed as of Monday, police said.
