NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was stabbed in the head and a woman was hit by a stray bullet as violence erupted outside a Bronx bar early Saturday, police said Sunday as they searched for two men.
It all started when a man stabbed another man outside the Lexa Bar on E. 204th Street in Norwood around 2:30 a.m., police said.
The 38-year-old victim was standing in the doorway of the bar when the man came up and stabbed him multiple times in the back and head with a knife, according to police.

Another man then came out of the bar and shot at the stabber as he was fleeing, police said.
A bullet struck a 31-year-old woman who was in the area, according to police.
The woman, who police said was a bystander, was shot once in the buttocks. She was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
The man who was stabbed was also hospitalized in stable condition.
The NYPD released surveillance video Sunday of both the suspected stabber and shooter.
