NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Friday released a photo of a suspect with a razor wanted for violently trying to rob a man on a Bronx subway train earlier this week, authorities said.
At approximately 2:10 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, two suspects engaged a 37-year-old man in a dispute aboard a southbound 6 train at the Longwood Avenue train station.
Acting in concert, the suspects displayed a razor blade and repeatedly punched the victim in the face while attempting to take his property, officials said.
The suspects fled the train on foot to parts unknown.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.
No information on the second suspect was released by police.
