NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two men wanted for stealing $40,000 worth of jewelry at gunpoint from a Brooklyn Jewelry store earlier this month.
According to officials, the men entered JRC Jewelry Store located at 5602 5th Avenue in Sunset Park, around 6:45 p.m., on Oct. 15.
One man brandished a firearm, and demanded property from the 43-year old store employe while the second suspect jumped over the display counter and removed multiple pieces of jewelry, authorities said.
Both men fled on foot in an unknown direction, officials said.

No injuries were reported during this incident.
Police describe the suspects as men in their 30's-40's.
