NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two men are wanted for breaking bones in a man’s face during a fight in the Bronx earlier this month while clad in construction vests, according to the NYPD.

The fight took place just before 5 p.m. on March 6 in front of an auto mechanic shop near Webster Avenue and East 167th Street in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.

It began as a verbal dispute between the suspects and 54-year-old victim, but escalated when they punched him multiple times in the face, breaking his nose and cheekbone.

The suspects fled northbound on Webster Avenue on foot, and the victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, officials said.

Police described the first suspect as a man with a dark complexion and gray beard, and the second suspect as a man with a dark complexion.

They both were last seen wearing gray hooded sweatshirts under neon and orange construction vests, black pants, black boots and carrying black backpacks, as seen in surveillance footage police released on Tuesday.
