NAPA, Calif. (1010 WINS) -- Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's husband was arrested Saturday night for driving drunk, TMZ reported.
Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested in Napa County just before midnight, according to police records.
Police charged him with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content over 0.08 — the legal limit.
His bail was set at $5,000.
While Paul was getting a DUI, Nancy was in Rhode Island for a Brown University commencement speech.
