At 10:36 p.m. on Saturday, a pair of officers responded to a 911 call reporting a man falling on the southbound C tracks at Lafayette Avenue subway station, officials said.

When the cops reached the scene, they spotted the 36-year-old man on the tracks, disoriented and bleeding from his head.

As seen in the video, one of the officers signaled an incoming train to stop with his flashlight as his partner approached the injured man to help.

“Give me your hand. Quick give me your hand, give me your hand, quick, train, give me your hand!” the officer can be heard saying in the video as he grabs onto the man and pulls him up on the platform.

The victim can be heard offering the officer thanks.

The cops immediately rendered aid to the victim before EMS transported him to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition, police said.
