On August 24, 2020, Brooklyn resident Tyre Moore followed a 28-year-old woman to a Brooklyn police precinct. The woman was attempting to file a complaint against Moore. When an officer tried to approach Moore, he became irate and aggressive, eventually pushing the officer into metal barriers outside of the precinct, police said.

Moore fled the scene after pushing the cop while the officer was taken to Long Island College Hospital to be treated for multiple cuts on his left hand, according to authorities.

A year later, on July 1, 2021, Moore allegedly approached two men inside of a residence around Avenue V and Bragg Street in Sheepshead Bay. Officials said Moore took out a gun and threatened to harm the victims, a 19-year-old and a 42-year-old, before punching the 19-year-old in the head and arm.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island in stable condition while Moore fled the scene.

On Sept. 18, 2021, Moore struck again inside of a residence around Greene Avenue and Marcy Avenue in Bed-Stuy. Moore allegedly got into a dispute with a 28-year-old woman in the home before punching her multiple times in the face. He then tried to prevent her from leaving and broke her phone so she could not call the police.

Moore attacked the same victim again on June 11 of this year. Inside of the Bed-Stuy home, Moore allegedly strangled the woman to the point where she had difficulty breathing. When EMS workers arrived, she had bruising on her neck and was treated at the scene while Moore fled. He returned later in the day and destroyed property valued at $250 and left the scene, according to police.

Moore is described as having a dark complexion, about 5'6" tall, approximately 170 lbs with dark colored eyes and dark colored hair. His last known address is on Crooke Avenue in Flatbush.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
