WATCH: Suspect caught on video in Brooklyn synagogue burglary wanted by NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials on Monday released surveillance footage of a person wanted in connection to a burglary that occurred last week at a Brooklyn synagogue.

At approximately 1 a.m. on January 27, the unidentified individual gained entry inside of the Congregation Beth El of Flatbush synagogue, located at 2181 East 3 Street.


The suspect removed an estimated value of $8,200 worth of property, including seven ceremonial crowns, police said.

According to officials, there were no signs of forced entry.
