NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD on Wednesday released surveillance footage of the suspect wanted in connection with the beating death of a 91-year-old Bronx man.
Officers responding to a 911 call reporting a robbery found Nicholas Rappa unconscious and unresponsive in his garage, at the corner of Wickham and Waring avenues in Pelham Gardens, around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police said.

Rappa, who had head injuries, was pronounced dead at the scene, the NYPD said.
Police are now searching for a man in his 30s who was last seen wearing a reflective traffic vest, dark pants with reflective strips, a yellow hard hat and sneakers.
Surveillance footage released by the NYPD on Wednesday shows the man pulling a truck up to Rappa's home and walking inside before running away with what appear to be several packages.

The man tosses the packages into the back of the truck before hopping into the driver’s seat, the video shows.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
