NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials arrested an off-duty Department of Homeless Services officer early Sunday in Manhattan accused of drinking and driving, officials said.
According to police, 32-year-old Terrell Caines was arrested Just before 4 a.m., in East Harlem.
Caines was charged with operating a motor vehicle at .08 of 1 percent alcohol and
driving while intoxicated, authorities said.
