NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An off-duty NYPD officer is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Queens early Thursday, the NYPD said.
Christopher Aguilar, 27, was arrested and charged at 12:44 a.m. in South Central Queens for driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test and driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
Authorities did not release any additional details about the case.
