NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials are investigating a shooting in Brooklyn where one man was killed and another wounded early Monday.
According to police, around 1:15 a.m., a 32-year-old man was shot in the chest and a 37-year-old man in the buttocks on Atlantic Avenue near Grand Avenue in Prospect Heights.

The shooting occurred during a dispute with another man, who fled the scene, police said.
The 32-year-old victim was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The 37-year-old man was transported to Brooklyn Hospital Center by private means, in stable condition.
Police sources told the New York Post that both victims have an extensive arrest history.
