NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police have released surveillance footage of a man who allegedly slashed the tires on more than a dozen parked vehicles in a Brooklyn neighborhood between Friday and Monday.
The vandal, who is approximately 20 to 30 years old, slashed the tires on a car parked in front of 405 March Avenue in Williamsburg around 5 p.m. on Friday, the NYPD said Tuesday.
On Monday, meanwhile, the man slashed the tires on 12 additional parked vehicles in the neighborhood, police said.
The New York Post reported that a total of 27 parked vehicles' tires were slashed, but police didn't immediately say the suspect they're seeking was responsible for all of the slashing incidents.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
