NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A passenger was killed after the motorcycle they were riding on struck a 55-year-old man in Queens on Monday afternoon and fled the scene.
It happened in Far Rockaway at around 4:08 p.m., according to police.
The 55-year-old suffered minor injuries and was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, but police said the impact of the crash caused one of passengers to be ejected from the motorcycle.
They were pronounced dead at the scene.
The operator fled the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
