NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are looking for a person accused of hurling hateful statements toward a man in Brooklyn last week.
According to police, on Sept. 9 at about 5:30 p.m., a person approached a 46-year-old man in front of 182 Utica Ave. in Crown Heights and made anti-Jewish statements toward him.
The victim was then spat on before the suspect fled the scene, according to authorities.
A photo released by the NYPD depicts the person they are looking for in connection to the case, which is being investigated as a hate crime.
