PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two men accused in the brutal beating death of a New York soccer fan outside South Philly landmark Pat’s Steaks have now turned themselves in and are charged with murder.

Omar Arce and Jose Alberto Flores-Huerta face those charges in the killing of 28-year-old Isidro Cortez last week.
One of the two men police are still looking for, 34-year-old Osvaldo "Willie" Pedraza, is from the 2600 block of East Norris Street in Kensington, and the other is 32-year-old Victor Pedraza of the 1200 Block of Percy Street in South Philadelphia. They have the same last name, but police did not release any information about the relationship between the two suspects.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to search for two others who are wanted for last Thursday's murder. Arrest warrants were issued for them on Sunday night, following interviews with witnesses and examination of surveillance video.
Those men are wanted for the death of Cortez, who is from Queens, New York. Cortez and his father and another man had just come from the Union soccer match against Club America in Chester.
Authorities pushed out clear surveillance video from outside Pat’s Steaks. Four men are seen gathered around the victims, including Cortez’s father and friend, punching, kicking and stomping the victims repeatedly. At one point in the edited video, police point to one of the men’s shoes, which appears to be bloody.
Cortez was beaten over the head with a metal trash can lid and died at the scene.
"There have been a lot of tips called in. The public has been exceptionally responsive in giving information," said Philadelphia District Attorney's Office Homicide Supervisor Chesley Lightsey.
"I also think it has a lot to do with the people in the community who know Pat’s Steaks and don’t want this to become a place where murder particularly is happening."
The Pedrazas are charged with murder, conspiracy and other offenses.
Cortez’s 64-year-old father and 28-year-old friend were also both injured in the assault, but are expected to physically recover.
Police described their investigation as "fluid and ongoing."
