NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An investigation is underway following a shooting involving police officers in Queens on Wednesday morning.
Just before 11 a.m., police responded to a report of shots fired at 31-31 54th Street in Woodside.
Upon arrival, an exchange of fire occurred, according to the NYPD.
It is unclear if anyone was injured.
The suspect then barricaded himself inside a building, sources told PIX11.
Police were seen surrounding the building.
Few other details were released by authorities.
