NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a man who used his cell phone to film up the skirt of a 29-year-old woman in a Lower East Side subway station.
The man was noticed by the victim around 1 p.m. on April 30 at the Delancey Street-Essex Street subway station.
Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Anonymous tips can also be submitted at the Crime Stoppers website or on Twitter @NYPDTips.
