NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Queens high school art teacher was arrested Thursday after he allegedly insinuated a sexual act on a 17-year-old female student, police said.
According to cops, Stephen Rosa, 35, allegedly put his fingers in a V, stuck his tongue in between them and moved his tongue around outside John Adams High School in Ozone Park on Wednesday at around 2:52 p.m.
He was arrested at around 12:44 p.m. and charged with obscenity, authorities said.
