NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man accused of attacking and robbing a 92-year-old woman at knifepoint inside her Queens home Wednesday morning.
At approximately 10:52 a.m., the suspect knocked on the door at the victim's residence, located in the vicinity of 231st Street and 64th Avenue in Alley Park.
According to officials, the victim answered the door and the suspect engaged her in conversation before pushing the victim into the residence causing her to fall and suffer pain to the head.
The suspect then entered the residence and displayed a knife before taking the victim's wallet containing credit cards and $100, before fleeing northbound on 231st Street on foot.
The victim suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention on scene.
