NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police on Friday released a photo of a man wanted for robbing a Manhattan Citibank at gunpoint earlier this week, authorities said.
At approximately 11:45 a.m. on Monday, August 21, the suspect entered a Citibank located at 1107 Broadway in Flatiron and approached a bank teller, officials said.
The suspect then passed a note demanding cash and threatening that he had a firearm.
The teller complied and the robber fled on foot in an unknown direction with approximately $1,000 dollars, the NYPD said.
There were no injuries reported.
