NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — The NYPD released photos on Thursday of a vehicle and suspects that are wanted in connection with a robbery last week that entailed a victim getting maced in his car before the thieves took his wallet and luxury watches worth tens of thousands of dollars.
At about 3:05 p.m. on Jan. 22, a 48-year-old man was sitting in his car parked near East Gun Hill Road and Kingsland Avenue when a stranger entered his vehicle.

The suspect maced the 48-year-old before two other attackers opened the victim's door and hit him over the head with a gun, authorities said.
According to police, the suspects then took the victim's wallet and "luxury watches valued at approximately $60,000." It was not immediately clear how many watches were stolen.
The suspects fled on foot to a gray car, jumped in and drove off southbound on Gun Hill Road.
The victim sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention at the scene, officials said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
