NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro broke his silence on Monday, four days after being arrested in Los Angeles for domestic violence.

“I am grateful for all of my real Friends!" the Bronx-born reality TV star posted in an Instagram story (below). "Thank you for being by myself the last few week. I take all experiences as lessons. You Learn who really cares about you when your down and out and than [sic] you see who doesn’t! But I guess they call it the weeding process.”

Ortiz-Magro, 35, is currently on probation as part of a plea deal from last year that also involved a domestic violence incident. It involved his ex-girlfriend Jen Harley, with whom he shares a daughter, Ariana Sky Magro, born in April 2018.

It is unclear who else was involved in the alleged incident. Ortiz-Magro was released on $100,000 bail.

His new girlfriend Saffire Matos wrote in an Instagram story, "Ronnie and I are fine ... I don’t think it’s fair that people are using false accusations to gain attention. Please leave Ron and I alone. You don’t know what someone is going through at the end of the day. Don’t believe everything you hear or read online."

Ortiz-Magro concluded his Monday Instagram Story, writing, “Thank you to My real friends who haven’t left my side and haven’t betrayed me #BcOfYouGuysIFeelBlessed #ThankYouForStoppingMeFromzzdrowning&NotBeingTheWhoWouldHoldzmyHeadUnderWater"
