NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A thief bashed a man in the face with a bottle and stole his wallet on a Bronx street, police said Wednesday as they released a photo of the shirtless suspect.
The 35-year-old victim was outside a building at Teller and Park avenues in the Concourse Village section around 2 a.m. on March 3 when he was attacked and robbed, according to police.
The tattoo-covered crook came up and whacked the victim in the face with the bottle, police said. He then stole his cellphone and wallet.
EMS responded to the scene and treated the victim for a laceration to his face.
