
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities are searching for a suspect accused of slashing a man last month in Queens, according to the NYPD.
At 9:40 a.m. on Friday, March 18, the 26-year-old victim became involved in a dispute with the suspect in the vicinity of Broadway and 73rd Street in Jackson Heights, officials said.

The suspect then grabbed a knife from a nearby unattended food cart and slashed the victim to his face, the NYPD said.
He fled on foot westbound on Broadway.
Police released two photos of the suspect apparently covered in the victim's blood after the attack.

The victim was transported by EMS in stable condition to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst.
