NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A pickup truck crashed into a Manhattan building Wednesday morning injuring at least one person, officials said.
Authorities were called at around 6:20 a.m. after reports that a vehicle had slammed into a building located at 500 East 62nd Street near York Avenue in the Upper East Side, the FDNY said.

Security video obtained by PIX11 from a building nearby shows as the truck speeds through a busy intersection and crashes into the building, barely missing surrounding vehicles.
At least one person was injured and hospitalized, according to officials.
It is unclear if the injured person was the driver or a pedestrian and the extent of their injuries are unknown.
An investigation is ongoing.
