NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 5-year-old girl was hospitalized after a stray bullet grazed her head in Brooklyn on Monday, the NYPD said.
The girl was playing near the intersection of New Lots Avenue and Montauk Avenue in East New York around 6:05 p.m. on Monday when the bullet grazed her, police said.
She was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, the NYPD said.
No one has been arrested in connection with the shooting, police said. An investigation is ongoing.
