NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 36-year-old man was stabbed to death on a Crown Heights street on Tuesday night, according to the NYPD.
The victim, Terrence Smith, was found with a stab wound to his stomach in front of 1140 Eastern Parkway after the 11:05 p.m. attack, officials said.
Officers responded after receiving a 911 call reporting an assault outside the building. Smith was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Sources told 1010 WINS that the murder stemmed from an argument between Smith and a woman, who allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed him.
The suspect was last seen running from the scene in a multi-colored bonnet and black tracksuit. The investigation is ongoing.
