NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The son of a super at an Upper East Side apartment was charged in a Manhattan criminal court on Saturday for breaking into a tenant's apartment and using her underwear to masturbate.
Jared Magana, 19, broke into the victim's bedroom while she wasn't home — unaware that a home-security camera was recording him, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
The video allegedly shows him using one pair of underwear to masturbate while he holds another pair to his face.
A roommate noticed belongings in the apartment were out of place and checked the footage, which she brought to the super who identified his son.
Magana lives in his father's apartment, which is in the same building as the tenants.
Prosecutors charged him with burglary as a sexually motivated felony.
The judge ordered him held on $15,000 cash bail.
